It was set up in 1987 and it is located in the charming scenery of the Sassi of Matera, Southern Italy, UNESCO world heritage and well known for its PDO bread. For twenty-five years, we have being producing baked savoury snacks and biscuits appreciated by hundreds of customers all over the world and for which we maintain unchanged doses and ingredients handed down from the past generations, with no use of preservatives and chemical additives.
The secret of the genuineness of our products is in the attention we pay to each stage of the production cycle, from the careful selection of raw materials, such as flour obtained from the best quality of wheat or extra virgin olive oil from the most reputed oil mills, to the natural rising of the dough, the traditional baking in the ovens and the accurate packaging, with a final product that embodies the essence and flavours of our land.
We are also happy to offer an excellent relationship quality/price to all of our customers together with the possibility to choose from one of our four corporate brands with different packagings or to use private label on request.
